What is social media?
Social media is a series of tools that allow you to engage with communities online.
It revolves around large networks of people, who are connected by the things they have in common. They belong to special interest groups, which they have formed themselves. Social media platforms are often used to discuss work, locations, hobbies and current affairs.
You can connect and interact with the Conservative Party, members and friends of the party and many of the party's candidates, at a local and national level.
I have a presence on the following websites, and you can see what I've been up to by clicking on the panels on the left:

Now one of the world's largest social media platforms. Facebook allows you to connect and interact with me, ask me questions and share information and news items with other friends. Add me as a friend on Facebook!

See what I've been up to on a day to day basis and get updates about what I've been doing sent directly to your desktop. Follow me on Twitter!

Find photographs of me and events I've been to on Flickr. If you already have a Yahoo! account, then there's already one on Flickr waiting for you.
If you're not already signed up with these social media platforms, then why not give them a go? They are all free.
We regret that we cannot provide technical support for social media websites.
