Today Mark Garnier, MP for Wyre Forest, managed to force the chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group to agree to a meeting with him and his constituents. Eric Daniels, chief executive of Lloyds TSB since 2003, and of the merged Lloyds Banking Group since 2009, was being question by Mark during the Treasure Select Committee evidence session this morning.

Wyre Forest MP Mark Garnier Supports Campaign for PFI Rebate

Mark Garnier, Wyre Forest's MP, has today joined a new parliamentary pressure group seeking to renegotiate PFI contracts. The group, launched by Hereford and South Herefordshire MP Jesse Norman, aims to recoup £500 million from existing, badly negotiated, PFI contracts.

Mark Garnier MP gets festive for run in aid of KEMP Hospice

On Sunday, Mark Garnier MP for Wyre Forest joined 350 other fun runners to raise money for KEMP Hospice. All dressed as Santa Claus, they ran, jogged and walked 10 kilometres on a route starting in Kidderminster’s Brinton Park, via Wolverley and back to the finish at Brinton Park.

Mark, who is a long standing supporter of Kemp, raised around £350.
